| Since you began sessions with me,
I have developed better eating habits and exercise more and drink
lots more water and healthy teas. I have focused more on how certain
foods make me feel and try to avoid more of the ones that make me
feel bad.
As far as results, I have lost weight, I sleep better, and I have
more energy (though I still have a long ways to go with that!).
I've been reading more books on self development, and now include
meditation time where I read the Bible and Christian devotion books
and pray.
I am better now with nurturing my mind, body, and spirit.
Thank you Sau-Ying for being such a wonderful educator, motivator,
and supporter and for keeping me focused. These sessions came at
a much needed time in my life.
